The group of twelve animals forms a compact shape set on flat cloud base, including tiger, dragon, horse, boar and ox carved as large animals while the others are fitted into spaces between them, partly carved in openwork. All animals with inlaid eye pupils, a few of them lost. Signed Masamitsu in a rounded cartouche.
